FIBROMYALGIA (PSEUDO)
1. Avoid stress and extra obligations. It is highly recommended that you see a wellness physician, preferably one trained in Functional Medicine. Request that she/he determine if you have health issues such as: anemia, toxicity, intestinal problems, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, among others, that may be the prime reason for your symptom (i.e., fatigue, tenderness, cognitive problems, etc.) rather than true classic fibromyalgia syndrome.
1. Avoid gluten and dairy
products.
