30 Day Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment for a full refund or an exchange. Our 30-day return policy gives you and/or your loved one plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Returns with no Brava Jewelry Authorized Return Code and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused upon receipt.

How to Prepare A Return: YOU MUST COMPLY WITH STEPS 1 - 8 BELOW:

To return a jewelry item to Brava Corp, follow our three step process:

1. Obtain Your Return Authorization Code by contacting bravaecom@bravacorp.com and you will be given a Brava Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the at the bottom of your original invoice.

 

2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons,we suggest that you DO NOT write Brava Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box. Address your return label as follows:

3. Insure Your Package for the amount you paid. However, we suggest that you not indicate or inform any person that the insured item contains jewelry if you are shipping by US Mail or any other carrier. Again, be sure to ship your item fully insure to Brava Corp at the return address above, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.**


4. For items valued at more than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached **Brava Corp at P.O. Box 8542 Columbus, GA 31908.

 

5. (FedEx® will not ship to P.O. Boxes and UPS® will NOT insure merchandise over $500.)


6.You MUST follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at bravaecom@bravacorp.com.

 

7.Neither Brava Corporation nor Brava Jewelry nor any of its affiliates willt be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
