Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, take one or more teaspoons (5 grams) as needed per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

This product does not contain wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, eggs, dairy products, or animal products. The potassium bicarbonate was added to this formula as a buffering agent.
