Ultra Gamma Vitamin E delivers increased levels of gamma tocopherol, the most active of the tocopherols and the form of vitamin E associated with expanded health benefits. Gamma tocopherol represents about 70% of vitamin E consumed in a typical US diet.
Recent research indicates that gamma tocopherol is more effective than its alpha counterpart in:

Ultra Gamma Vitamin E has reduced levels of alpha tocopherol, which, in studies, has been shown to reduce the serum levels of gamma tocopherol. Conversely, these same studies indicate that the higher the level of gamma vs alpha tocopherol supplementation, the more alpha tocopherol concentrations in the serum and tissues increased.
