BRAVA Corporation and none of its associates, affiliates or partners in the US, Canada or Brava Global Partners are selling HR, Psychology Tests or any tests on Brava's site.

We administer the tests you selected by internet computer access throughout the world, by computer CD, and by paper/pencil administration with an approved Test Proctor or affiliated Brava Partners' Personnel.

We are Licensed Counseling Psychologists, and Licensed Professional Counselors, and Members of APA and SHRM.

BRAVA Psychology Testing Services provides Pre-Test Consultation Services, Test Administration Services in compliance with the American Psychological Association Assessment Section 9 of APA Code of Professional Conduct and Test Publisher Manual/Administration. Then, we issue a Confidential Test Report included in the price for all of the Tests Administration Services available on the Brava Corporation site or by computer or in person testing by Brava and its approved partners.

BRAVA HR and Psychology Testing Services can provide you with a full description of each test, a sample report and price for Brava HR & Psychology Test Administration.

BRAVA has Test Administration partners has test administration capabilities throughout the US, Canada and Europe to administer psychology tests in compliance with the test publisher requirements. We partner with fellow Members of the APA or qualified protors to administer tests in your area.

The 360° Leadership Navigator® for Corporate Leaders is a managerial 360° feedback instrument that measures the leadership skills that are most relevant in today's organizations.  (3D Group, Inc., 2009). Questions are clear, behaviorally-based, and easily understood. The participant, peers, boss, and direct reports complete ratings on a 5-point scale. And, raters also have the opportunity to provide open-ended written comments.

The 360° Leadership Navigator® may be utilized for individual as well as group feedback. The assessment can be used for both self-guided development planning and feedback sessions with a supervisor. In addition, results may be easily integrated into performance management systems. The 360° Leadership Navigator® for Corporate Leaders provides for in-depth feedback on executive leadership workplace behavior based on eight competencies:  (3D Group, Inc., 2009)

The 360 Navigator® is an effective assessment instrument due to its objective measurements of the test taker, combined with feedback from peers, direct reports, and senior management.
