More than ever, we are faced with the challenge of providing children with the best start to healthy immune defense. The hygiene hypothesis speculates that reduced microflora exposure at a very young age has a negative impact on immune balance, in both the short and long term. Ecologic PANDA* is a specially designed, multi-species probiotic developed to establish healthy immune balance and skin health early in life. It accomplishes this by supporting healthy T-cell balance and immune activity.

In a two year, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial at Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital, in Utrecht, the Netherlands, 3 grams of Ecologic® PANDA, a specially designed multi-species probiotic formulation, was administered prenatally to over 100 mothers (starting at 34 weeks) and then to their children for 12 months.

Results indicated that Ecologic® PANDA helped establish healthy T-cell balance for normal skin health and provided a statistically significant reduction in the incidence of skin sensitivity at 3 months of age.*

Pregnant Women (starting at 34 weeks): As a dietary supplement, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet with water, juice or milk. Take once per day, preferably between meals.

Infant Dose (Bottle Fed): As a dietary supplement, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in breast milk or formula through age 12 months. Children 12–24 months may continue with 1 sachet dissolved in water, juice or milk, preferably between meals.

Infant Dose (Breast Fed): Mother takes product according to recommendations for pregnant women.
